What is Yoga Therapy?

It is an integrative approach to healing that not only treats the physical, but also looks at lifestyle, movement and thought patterns, and the nervous system, to take a more holistic approach to healing. The yoga therapist and the client work together to uncover imbalances and strategize a path towards a healthy, vibrant and joyful life.
